NATO sizes consist of 6-digit numbers that indicate the metric size in centimeters for different parts of the body. This is how many military products grow in Europe, so it is worth being aware of the transition. They are arranged as follows.

With shirts and jackets, NATO sizes will be shown as 'xxx/y', where 'xxx' is your total height in cm (not the length of the garment) and 'y' is your chest size in cm.
